How Finance Track was built
In early 2025, MD Arshad — a digital marketing executive in Delhi NCR — was fed up. Every month, his salary would disappear without a clear trail. He tried spreadsheets. Too manual. He tried apps. All had paywalls or required bank access.
So he built his own. A simple PHP + MySQL web app to track transactions and EMIs. It worked. He showed friends. They loved it. Word spread.
By v13 (May 2026), Finance Track has 15 database tables, 40+ features, a full email reminder system, a proprietary Financial Health Score algorithm, dark mode, Pro plan, and a complete personal finance blog.
